Nerma works in immigration for a reason. She is from Bosnia, her parents have fled the war in Bosnia Herzegovina to take refuge and to settle in Quebec. She is naturally fascinated by and inclined to immigration thanks to her background and origins. She indeed has a lot of empathy towards all the people who start the immigration process with all the consequences implied in this project.

She is passionate about her work and it is with hardwork and dedication that she supports the BBI team of lawyers who are determined and involved in files and procedures to obtain a work visa, permanent residency, citizenship, etc.
