Originally from Bas-Saint-Laurent. It’s in 2010 that Mrs Perron-Deschênes chose the city of Québec to start her studies at the University. She holds a Bachelor of law from Laval University as well as a Masters specializing in fundamental rights and freedoms. Since 2017, she has been part of the Order of the Bar.

Engaged, dedicated and thoughtful, Mrs. Perron-Deschênes draws from her experience with refugees to work with great humility which she uses on a daily basis with each of her clients.  Conscientious, she leaves nothing to chance, and does not hesitate to handle complex cases.
