Mr. Roger Beaudry stands out from the crowd using an entrepreneur-lawyer approach, which is strongly influenced by his Beauceron origins. He was the CEO of the law office from its founding until 2017, the year where he passed the torch of the Presidency to his son, Mr. Jerome Beaudry, to be able to further focus on business development.

Since November 2018, he has been Bernier Beaudry’s Legal Counsel and Ambassador, as well as remaining Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr Beaudry started his career in the mid-seventies as a crusade devoted to the passion for business. From his earliest years, he adopted a philosophy of practice directed towards an unchanging will to do things differently.

Since then, his impressive career assessment has reflected his special skills in reorganization and conflict management as his talents for advising throughout transactions, mergers and financing, Mr. Beaudry has achieved a proven reputation as a negotiator. Also known for his positive attitude, he has always devoted himself body and soul while seeking to obtain best results for his clients.
